Terms of Service

Last updated July 16, 2026

1. The Service

Ledger is a customer relationship management (CRM) tool built for insurance agents to track leads, dispositions, and follow-ups. By creating an account or using Ledger, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts and trials

New accounts include a free trial with full access. No payment method is required to start a trial. After the trial ends, continued use requires an active paid subscription. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time from the Billing page in the app; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the lead and customer data you upload or enter into Ledger. You're responsible for having the right to store and process that data, including complying with any applicable laws around contacting the individuals in it. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle and store data.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Ledger to store or process data you don't have the right to hold, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, or resell access to the app without our agreement.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Ledger reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may update these Terms or the app itself over time; continued use after a change means you accept the update.

7. Termination

You can stop using Ledger and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Contact

Questions about these Terms? Reach out to the email address you used to sign up, or contact us through the app.
