When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you use Ledger to manage leads, the data you enter or import — names, phone numbers, emails, dates of birth, notes, and similar details about your leads — is stored so the app can display it back to you.
Your data lives in a Postgres database with row-level security, meaning only your account can ever read or write your own leads — not other Ledger users, and not us in the normal course of running the app.
We use a small number of service providers to run Ledger, and they process data on our behalf:
We don't sell your data or your leads' data to third parties.
Ledger uses cookies only to keep you signed in — there's no advertising or third-party tracking.
You can update your account email and password anytime from the Profile page. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us using the email you signed up with — deleting your account removes your leads, notes, and custom fields permanently.
If we make material changes to how we handle data, we'll update this page.
